Please inspect this shipment upon receipt.

• No returns will be accepted 20 days of invoice date.
• Please direct questions to Return / Exchange Department.
• Return with net and in original box
• Wig must be returned in new condition with no brushing, hair
• spray and no back-combing.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Place a copy of the original invoice in the package with the merchandise being returned.
(send copy only – invoice will not be returned)

A: Circle the item on the invoice that is being returned for credit or exchange.
B: On the back of the invoice, write the return or exchange instructions.

EXAMPLE:
Return for credit refund
OR:
Exchange for different color or different wig / hairpiece etc.

Enclose a $8.50 check
If items returned are requiring a refund only
(the restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount if indicated in your instructions)

Enclose a $20.50 check if any part of the return requires an exchange (this will cover
restocking and reshipping).

Attach the authorization sticker on the outside of the package you are returning.

If these guidelines are followed an exchange transaction will be processed within
24 hours of receipt.

Allow up to 20 working days for a credit refund.
